Appointment cancellation policy

24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Missed appointment without 24 hour notice will be charged the full rate upon your next appointment.

Minutes that you arrive late are minutes billed and lost from your treatment, so please be on time. Please let me know when you are more than 10 minutes late. If you are 15 minutes or more late, in worst case scenario, your appointment will be cancelled.

* For your first visit, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time to complete a health questionnaire in order to inform of any current or prior injuries, or limitations to be respected.

Before your massage

Please avoid eating a large/heavy meal within 1.5-2 hours of the massage.

After the session

Please make sure to drink lots of water after the massage to flush out the toxins released during the massage.

Please be aware that I have a cat in the house. Even though the cat is not allowed to enter the massage room, there might be some cat hair in the room from my clothes or laundry (I do my best not to get any), and the hall way you have to go through is shared by the cat. If you are severely allergic to cats, it might be difficult for you to stay in my house.
